Moo-acks.
Insert the one-toothed smiley with cheeky eyes.
You blinked and missed.
Sometimes my mind works in underdrive and I start to notice the seemingly inane details of everything I normally tend to gloss over. I bet you've never stopped to take in the odd tension in the atmosphere of a regular passport-photo taking queue, somewhat torn between anticipation and nervousness; the comical symphony of car windshield wipers as they command the falling rain in spontaneous tandem; the way King Leonidas' wit not only served to bond his 300 Spartans in war, but also a very non-violent group of Singaporeans in laughter. As I say, its not good enough to just stop and smell the roses - pluck them and make some rose syrup, damn!
Sweetpea.
This is one of those days when you feel that alot is about to change. This is one of those days, when you take the time (because your teacher miraculously fell ill and your class is thereby cancelled for the day) to sit back and savour the nano-success which is last Saturday's Dinner and Dance. This is the day you recall the months of meetings and smile at the thought of the last one to come. This is the day I realise how much more those meetings have brought me, and unthinkably so. This is one of those days where the heat kills. This is one of those days where the heart thrills.
Just another of those days, you know?
Careful, she bites.
It's weird how sometimes so many things can happen and you can feel so many things at once, but when it comes to putting it down, there's really nothing much you can say. So, apologies for being seemingly cryptic once again, but I have a feeling some curse-breaking is at hand. Accio big smile.
Besides that, I would give a considerable amount to get Paris Hilton's Stars Are Blind out of my head right now, thank you.
