live beat - wednesday.
whee, mama mia rocked! hahaa. funny, entertaining, good singing, dance moves, choreography. yeeah. and it was nice going out with my family. haha. we went to NUSS guildhouse at suntec for dinner. al fresco bbq! its like seoul garden, but better quality food, and they cook it for you!! omg. it rocccccccked like what. yummy delicious. yeah. and only 19.95 per person. hahaha. my new fave food place.
dead beat - friday.
ok, had PT today. renjun's PT. haha. all i can say is i survived, though i was just about dead during the sprinting cos of cramps in my soles. weird place to have cramps, huh? haha. and then i didn't do some uchikumi cos of my stupid knee. always makes me feel like a slacker. lol. maybe i am. anyway, we must've looked pretty weird pulling rubber tyres and belts in the middle of the soccer area. heheh. well thats all. im beat. see ya.
